Christian Sexton

Christian Sexton is a real estate developer and investor with over 20 years of experience across multiple asset classes and markets — founder of KEAN Ventures, a platform focused on selective development, investment, and advisory opportunities in partnership with private capital and institutional investors.

Throughout his career, Christian has led more than $800 million in development capitalization across complex projects in the United States and the Caribbean, working primarily with family offices structuring institutional joint ventures in multifamily, senior housing, mixed-use, affordable housing (LIHTC), and luxury international developments.

His expertise spans the full development lifecycle — from site selection and feasibility analysis through entitlements, underwriting, capital structuring, financial closing, and construction oversight. A graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Finance, he began his career at a nationally recognized accounting firm before transitioning into real estate development, later serving as President of a family office development division.
